My product is damaged, how do I return it.

If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-815-1113 or email us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca for instructions on how to return your product. Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

I am not satisifed with my product and would like to return it.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging at your own expense, to obtain a full refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-815-1113 or email us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca for instructions on how to return your product. My product arrived damaged?

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If it looks damaged please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-815-1113 or email us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca for instructions on how to return your product. Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
