How long will it take for my reward miles to be posted to my Collector Account?
|

The AIR MILES® reward miles earned on your purchase will be credited to your Collector Account within 30 days. To view details on your Collector Account go to the Your Account section of www.airmiles.ca.

When will my credit card be charged?
|
|
|
Your credit card will be charged for your cash purchase within 24 hours of your purchase date.
|

|
How will your purchase appear on the credit card statement?
|
|
|
Your purchase will appear as "AIR MILES® - BUYER'S BESTTM " on your credit card statement.

If I purhase multiple items will they ship together?
|
|

We will do our best to deliver all of your products to you at one time, but there may be rare situations where this is not feasible due to packaging or product inventory.

The item that I received was the wrong item. How do I get it exchanged for the correct one?

If the incorrect product is delivered to you please contact us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca or at 1-877-815-1113 and we will arrange to get the correct item shipped to you.

The item that I received was damaged. How do I return it?

If the item you ordered is damaged please contact us at BUYERS_BEST@airmiles.ca or at 1-877-815-1113 for directions on how to return your damaged product.

Can I use my debit card to pay for purchases?

Purchases through BUYER'S BESTTM can be made using American Express, MasterCard or Visa. If you use your Bank of Montreal AIR MILES® MasterCard or American Express AIR MILES® credit card you earn additional AIR MILES®
reward miles.

Do I have to be an AIR MILES Collector in order to purchase items from BUYER'S BESTTM ?

Only AIR MILES Collectors can purchase items from BUYER'S BESTTM. To enroll go to www.airmiles.ca, Your Account and select Enroll Now. Upon the completion of the enrollment process you will receive your AIR MILES Collector number. You can use your Collector number to make your purchase from BUYER'S BESTTM.

How do I earn Bonus AIR MILES reward miles at BUYER’S BESTTM ?

In addition to earning the standard base offer of 1 reward mile for every $20 you spend on your total purchase, Collectors will have additional opportunities to earn reward miles on a promotional basis. Products sold at BUYER’S BESTTM may include Bonus Offers which will vary by product and by campaign. These Bonus reward miles offers will be issued in addition to the standard base miles earned on your purchase.
